Everything was perfect, including the outstanding views of the lake. The staff was exceptional and kept the hotel clean. I really enjoyed my guest room—the bed was exceptionally comfortable with feather pillows. The location was marvelous, with easy access to restaurants and a stadium, making it a fantastic base for my stay. The property was conveniently located just 25 km from the airport.

I had a fantastic stay at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile for 3 nights. the king room was excellent and modern, and the beds were incredibly comfy. I appreciated the freshly prepared breakfast, which offered a great variety of delicious food. the hotel's central location made it convenient to reach all the main tourist areas. This venue truly exceeded all expectations!

Central location, directly on Michigan Avenue
Hotel is relatively old and some of the rooms are a bit worn out.

The hotel is located directly in the shopping area. Many things can be easily reached on foot. Rooms are very large and beautiful, staff is friendly and nice, very good cleaning, on the whole it's a very good hotel.
The only drawback was that it was very noisy in the rooms. As the hotel is located on a main road, you can always hear the traffic. And it can be pretty loud in Chicago. Also the room doors are not exactly tight and you can hear a lot from the other rooms! The heating's running way too loud!

Cozy, recently built rooms with a nice view of the city. Big, pretty bathroom 🛁. Great spot close to Arts Club of the town.

Staff was very nice - even though I got in the Elite Members line and didnt realize it until later (they didnt tell me to go to the other line) they just took care of me no problem. I was impressed. I booked my reservation on book.com and somehow there was a problem with finding my reservation. Again, they took care of it no problem, made the call and figured it out. They didnt stress, so I didnt stress. I'll come back. the gym was wonderful too.

best thing about the location, hotel is huge and hotel lobby is a constant comings and goings of people. We were on the 25th floor (it has 47) and slept with the curtains open with the view of the skyscrapers we loved. room has two quite comfortable beds and enough space for four people. right bathroom, sliding door, has quite little privacy, besides it was unlinked, my husband put it in its place. Complimentary water on the first day. There's a starbucks in the hall.
The check in was pretty cold, we looked like little sheep this way, you that way. When we handed in the card, I don't know why they refused it and asked us for another one without even trying again (afterwards the card didn't give any other problem), he just told us "Refused I need another one", we didn't like the forms.
